Job Description
A hands-on Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across residential build and renovation sites. You'll be the person trades, clients and the office team rely on to keep things moving.

Site management

Oversee daily operations across current build, renovation and extension projects
n
Coordinate and schedule trades and subcontractors to keep projects on program
n
Order materials and coordinate deliveries to avoid delays
n
Maintain accurate site diaries and records
n
n
Quality and compliance
n
n
Conduct regular site inspections to check quality of workmanship and progress against plans
n
Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA),



relevant Australian Standards and Victorian building regulations
n
Manage site safety, including inductions, SWMS and compliance with WorkSafe Victoria requirements
n

Communication and relationships
n
n
Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, trades and subcontractors
n
Liaise with building
surveyors/certifiers
and council to progress inspections and approvals
n
Keep the office team informed of progress, delays and issues in a timely manner
n
Communicate clearly and proactively to prevent misunderstandings and rewor
