Responsibilities
n

Drive safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture across the site
n
Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
n
Review SWMS, risk assessments and project safety documentation
n
Lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety
briefingsInvestigate
incidents and support corrective actions
n
Engage with subcontractors, supervisors and project teams
n




Provide practical WHS advice and support across the project
n
Monitor compliance with NSW WHS legislation and project requirements
n
n
About You
n
n
3+ years' experience in construction safety
n
Strong high-rise building experience
n
Experience working across high-risk construction activities
n
Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Practical, hands-on approach to site safety
n
