Service Management (Order-to-Cash) Data Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Migration
n
We are seeking an experienced Service Management (O2C) Data Analyst to own and manage Order-to-Cash data for a major organisation's transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role is critical to a large-scale ERP Modernisation Program, ensuring accurate migration, validation and reconciliation of O2C master and transactional data.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead data migration activities for Service Management (O2C) data, including analysis of Business Partner, Sales Contracts, Sales Orders and Service Orders
n
Map data objects to S/4HANA structures and drive cleansing, enrichment and harmonisation
n
Validate migrated data with O2C SMEs against reporting and compliance requirements
n
Support post-migration reconciliation and manage defects to closure
n
Coordinate load activities into SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SD, PM and dependent objects)
n
Deliver rigorous validation, reconciliation reporting and business sign-off for each mock conversion cycle
n
Guide business analysts and technical resources; define mapping rules with functional consultants
n
Establish data governance standards and facilitate workshops on requirements and readiness
n




Collaborate with the PMO to align with program timelines
n
n
Essential Experience
n
n
5+ years as a Senior Data Migration Analyst on large-scale ERP migrations
n
At least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (ideally Public Cloud)
n
Solid knowledge of SAP SD and PM modules, Service Contracts and material master governance
n
Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit or Data Services
n
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for profiling and reconciliation
n
Experience migrating data across FI/CO, MM, SD and PS
n
Strong ETL understanding and data cleansing/quality management skills
n

Desirable

SAP certification (relevant module or data management)

Experience with Syniti ADMM, Data Services or Informatica
n
