This role offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated Property Manager, Leasing Officer and Virtual Assistant, allowing you to focus on client relationships, portfolio performance and delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and new leases
n
Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
n
Preparing owner reports and monitoring portfolio performance
n
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor management
n
Implementing preventative maintenance and risk management strategies
n
Overseeing marketing campaigns and tenant selection processes
n
Managing budgets and financial performance
n
Mentoring and supporting team members where required
n
n
About You:
n
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
n
n
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
n
Robust knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and leasing practices
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
A proactive and customer-focused approach
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
n
A reliable vehicle and current driver's license
n
n
