About The Role
n
Reporting to the Directors, you will provide strategic immigration advice to employer clients and manage sponsorship, labour agreements, nomination and visa applications. The role will suit a Registered Migration Agent with extensive experience supporting employers large and small. Key responsibilities will be:
n
Provide strategic advice to employer clients of all shapes and sizes (from government agencies, ASX listed companies down to small businesses)
n
Actively manage client matters by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested
n
Support corporate clients with compliance requirements
n
Your technical knowledge must be first class along with your diligence and attention to detail. Our clients have come to expect only the highest levels of technical excellence - an attribute that drives everything we do at PAX Migration and PAX Law.

Qualifications and Requirements
n
The successful candidate will have the following attributes :
n
Must be a Registered Migration Agent expert in immigration law specifically in the Employer Sponsored framework.
n
Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEO's/MD's, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds.
n
Excellent case management and organizational skills
n
Able to work positively with teammates
n
Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
n
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
n
Experience with Migration Manager preferred
n
