About the Role
Join JR Richards & Sons, a trusted leader in sustainable waste management. We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to service the Southern Highlands and South Coast region.
This permanent, full-time field-based position offers variety, autonomy and purpose. You'll spend your days:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Southern Highlands and South Coast
Managing inbound leads and customer enquiries
Identifying new business opportunities and renewing existing contracts
Providing quotes, advice and tailored waste management solutions
Achieving weekly and monthly sales and account management targets
Conducting regular customer visits to monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
What You'll Bring
Proven sales and customer service experience
Strong communication, relationship‐building and negotiation skills
A current driver's licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office




The ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
Waste industry experience (desirable but not essential)
