Job Description

In this role, you will assess and triage reports of serious wrongdoing, misconduct and Public Interest Disclosures (PIDs), undertake preliminary enquiries, analyse complex information, and provide advice that supports sound decision-making and legislative compliance.
Key responsibilities n

As a trusted adviser, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders to manage integrity-related matters with professionalism and discretion.
n
Working within a collaborative and supportive team setting, you will contribute to shared workloads, apply sound risk assessment practices, and *escalate* matters where appropriate to help protect the reputation and interests of TAFE NSW.
n

What you need n
n
To be successful, you will bring knowledge of the Public Interest Disclosure Act and the NSW ICAC Act, together with experience interpreting legislation, governance frameworks, policies and compliance requirements.
n
You will hold a degree in Law, Government Administration, Business or Human Resources, and be recognised for your ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders, work collaboratively within a collegial team environment, and provide clear, practical advice on complex matters.
n
