Tiny Trails Early Learning is a brand new 90-place early learning service designed to inspire curiosity, confidence and connection with the natural world.

The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our opening team.
n
As a Lead Educator, you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environment for children while supporting and guiding your room team.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Creating inviting, nature-inspired learning environments
n
Supporting children's wellbeing, development and sense of belonging
n
Building solid relationships with families and colleagues
n
Maintaining high standards of supervision and safety
n




Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
n
Supporting documentation and reflective practice
n
n
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new centre and help establish strong foundations from day one.

What You Bring
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
n
n
Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
Passion for outdoor learning, exploration and child-led experiences
n
Confidence leading a room and supporting other educators
n
Warm, positive communication style
n
Current WWCC
n
