Melbourne Health's Royal Melbourne Hospital, Parkville campus, is seeking a Team Leader for the Aged Care Assessment (ACA) team to shape quality aged care services across Melbourne's Northern and Western Metropolitan regions.

You will provide operational and clinical leadership to an interdisciplinary team, overseeing intake, assessment delivery, support plan reviews, training and quality, while maintaining a hands-on clinical role in triage, delegation and assessments.
