About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced
Warehouse Officer
to join our client based on a Mine site near Helensburgh, NSW. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work within a fast paced environment and previous experience within a Warehouse position ideally within Mining, Industrial, or heavy industry environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-start checks on all warehouse equipment
Operate forklift and other warehouse plant safely
Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly
Ensure Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials are stored compliantly
Accurate receipting and issuing of inventory
Maintain clean, orderly, and clearly labelled storage areas
Effective picking and preparation of planned/unplanned material requests
Coordinate dispatch and return of core components (repairs, warranties, etc.)




Deliver high-quality support to internal customers
Respond to queries and maintain strong working relationships
About You:
Current Class C Driver's Licence minimum
Current Order 45 medical or willingness to complete
Prior warehouse experience in a mining or heavy industry environment
Living residentially or within an 80 km radius of the Mine site
Sound computer literacy and data entry skills
Robust safety focus and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and operational excellence.
Rigging or Dogging ticket
SAP experience (or similar ERP system)
