You'll manage SIL and SDA vacancies, build a pipeline of referrals with support coordinators, families and stakeholders, and guide clients from enquiry through move-in while advising on NDIS funding.
This full time, permanent role offers opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to social impact through housing
