Responsibilities include supervising duties in absence of the head custodian, ensuring HVAC and alarm systems function, and coordinating custodial staff for daily operations.
Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods.
