Are you an experienced concrete professional ready to take the lead? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Concrete Crew Leader to oversee daily job site operations and guide our crew to deliver high-quality work on time.
What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise a concrete crew on residential projects
Coordinate site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing
Read and interpret plans and project specifications
Ensure safety standards and quality control are met
Train and mentor crew members
Clear communication with those around you
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of concrete experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of house slab form works, rebar placement and finishing
Ability to manage crew productivity and job site organization
Solid understanding of safety regulations
Valid driver's license and MR licence
