The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join our long term finance and administration team of 11. This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across multiple fast-growing businesses while contributing to our ongoing success.
Located in Underwood, this is an office-based role suited to someone seeking stability, personal growth, and a long-term career in a supportive and engaging work environment.




Key Responsibilities
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Overseeing the debtors' ledger and preparing financial reports.
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and staff.
Handling payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and professional standards in all aspects of bookkeeping.
Desired Skills & Experience
A strong bookkeeping background with at least 5 years of office-based experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and credit control.
Proficiency in Excel and extensive knowledge of Xero (essential).
Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal team members.
A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
