Due to strong growth, we are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage projects in Ballarat.

About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the construction process of quality homes across Ballarat.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee and manage multiple home construction sites.
n
Ensure homes are built to high-quality standards and company specifications.
n
Daily record-keeping and reporting via online systems and procedures.
n
Manage and coordinate trades, suppliers, and construction schedules.
n
Ensure OH&S; policies and procedures are followed,



maintaining a safe work environment.
n
Handle the day-to-day construction process, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
n
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, trades, and stakeholders.
n
Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
n

About You
n
n
Experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction (preferred).
n
Trade background with strong technical knowledge.
n
Strong focus on quality control, process improvement, and performance management.
n
Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
n
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
n
Ability to integrate with company systems and procedures.
n
