We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring and committed casual Community Support Workers to join our Community team who has a minimum availability of 3 days per week, including Monday, Friday and flexible day third day

About the Role
n
As a Community Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping older people remain safely and independently in their own homes.
n
You will:
n
n
Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs
n
Support clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds
n
Deliver services with compassion, dignity, respect and integrity
n
Follow individual Care Plans and Task Lists to provide support including:n
n
Personal care
n




General housekeeping
n
Social support and companionship
n
Transport and assistance to attend appointments or activities
n
n
Build positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
n
Support clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life
n
n
About you:
n
n
A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Must be available a minimum of 3 days (Availability must fall on a Monday& Friday)
n
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support.
n
Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, and insured).
n
