We're looking for an experienced barista/all-rounder to join our small, close-knit team.
We're a busy little café with a big regular customer base, so we need someone who is confident and rapid on the machine, loves a chat and a bit of banter with the locals, and is happy to jump in wherever needed.
We're open 5:30am–12:30pm, 7 days a week — early starts, early finishes.
We're looking for someone who:
Has solid barista experience and can handle a busy machine
Is friendly, outgoing and great with regulars
Works with speed and initiative
Is happy to jump between coffee, customers, bagels, dishes and cleaning
Is reliable and works well in a small team
30+ hours per week available for the right person.
Great coffee is important to us, but personality and team fit matter just as much.
