Toll Recruit are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
for our client based in Lytton.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of transport operations, ensuring accurate processing of documentation and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with transport bookings, delivery updates, and general service enquiries
Follow up on customer requests and outstanding enquiries to ensure timely resolution
Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipments and delivery schedules
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and resolve issues
Accurately process high volumes of operational data and maintain document management systems
Validate, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies across documentation and system records
Prepare and upload revenue data to support accurate and timely invoicing
Assist with monthly invoicing and ad hoc billing requirements
Process and track subcontractor documentation, following up on outstanding paperwork
Provide general administrative support, including purchase orders and vendor administration




Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in customer service, administration, transport, logistics, or a similar role
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first approach
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Monday to Friday hours with no weekend work
