About the Role
n
Working closely with clinic management, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process across a range of veterinary and support roles, including veterinarians, veterinary nurses, receptionists, and animal care team members.
n
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working independently and is looking forflexible, part-time hours with the ability to work from home.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage recruitment from job advertising through to offer and onboarding
n
Develop and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms
n
Source and proactively approach potential candidates
n
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
n
Coordinate interviews with clinic management
n




Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
n
Build relationships with veterinary professionals and support staff
n
Provide recruitment advice and market insights to clinic leadership
n
Help strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience
n
Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow appropriate employment processes
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
n
Is confident sourcing and engaging candidates
n
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
n
Can assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit
n
Ideally has experience recruiting withinveterinary, healthcare, medical, or other professional services
n
Has a genuine interest in helping build great teams
n
