Mounties Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager / Duty Manager for Harbord Diggers Club in Freshwater, NSW. You will lead daily operations across Food, Beverage, Gaming, Member Services, Dock & Cellar and Kitchen, delivering memorable guest moments by coaching and developing the team.
The role demands solid leadership, roster management, and adherence to RSA/RCG and gaming regulations, with a 4-day rotating roster and weekend availability.
