Job Description
We are currently seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join a major large-scaleinfrastructure project in Newcastle, NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background inconstruction, infrastructure, or data centre projects, particularly those with experience delivering fast-track and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
ManageGeneral Contractors, HV Contractors and consultants.
Oversee construction, fit-out, scope, quality, budget and schedule.
Coordinate Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE).
Manage design issues, trade letting, claims and variations.




Coordinate commissioning and project handover.
Drive project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
About You
7–9+ yearsof construction/project delivery experience.
Experience inconstruction, infrastructure or data centres.
Hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable
Solid GC, contractor, commercial and stakeholder management experience.
HV/electrical infrastructure experience advantageous.
Proactive "get things done" approach with strong communication skills.
