We are seeking a highly organised and proactiveSales & Account Administratorto join our friendly team based in Bendigo.
Reporting to the COO, you'll be a key point of support across our Domestic Packaged Sales and Production functions, helping keep the department organised, accurate and running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with Account Managers, customers, production, warehouse, finance and marketing.
We're looking for a genuineself-starterwho takes ownership of their role, communicates confidently with all stakeholders and follows things through.
You'll be trusted to manage your own workflow while helping set the wider team up for success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support across Domestic Packaged Sales and Production
Act as a key point of contact for customers, Account Managers and internal teams
Process customer orders and oversee order entry to ensure accuracy
Manage customer enquiries and general account support
Prepare quotations, sales reports and customer information
Coordinate packaged production planning,



bottling schedules and stock requirements
Manage stock levels across multiple warehouses
Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing and production records
Assist with purchase orders, invoice verification, reconciliations and debtor management
Provide administrative and logistical support for promotions, trade shows and customer events
Proactively coordinate and follow up actions across the department
About You
You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for your own area.
You'll also bring:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
A self-starting, solutions-focused approach
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Experience in sales administration, hospitality, customer service, logistics, production coordination or a similar role
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience with EZY Systems or similar ERP software
Experience within wine, FMCG or manufacturing
Experience supporting sales, stock or production functions
