We are seeking an organised and reliable Administration Officer to join our Ballarat-based landscaping and construction team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, works well with a practical team, and is comfortable supporting day-to-day office and business operations.

About the Role

The successful applicant will provide administration support across a busy landscaping and construction business, assisting with invoicing, payroll, system updates, and general office tasks. The role can be offered on a part-time or full time basis, depending on the right candidate's availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities
n

General administration and office support
n
Preparing and processing invoices
n
Assisting with payroll tasks
n
Using and updating the AroFlo job management system
n
Supporting the landscaping and construction team with scheduling, records, and job information
n
Creating POs,



matching project POs with bills in Company systems and managing costings of projects to ensure within budget
n
Prepare and submit project variations for approval
n
Maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with day-to-day business operations
n
n
About You
n
n
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
n
Confident with computers and general office systems
n
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
n
Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
n
Proficiency in AroFlo or similar job management software highly regarded
n
Previous administration, invoicing, payroll experience is essential
n
