What You'll Do
Lead and deliver high-impact transformation projects across service delivery, IT, People & Culture, and corporate services.
Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute transformation activities aligned with strategic goals.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and drive measurable benefits.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
Support change management, communication, and capability-building activities to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring




Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Project Management, or related field.
5–7+ years' experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on enterprise transformation.
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs withinaged care, health, community services, or not-for-profit sectors.
Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, AgilePM, ITIL) are highly regarded.
