Role: SAP S/4HANA Change Lead (HCM / Payroll / HR)
Brisbane-based, hybrid
Up to 8 months contract, possible extension
About the role:
We're seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Change Lead (People Services)
to drive the change management strategy and delivery for a major
ERP transformation
. You'll lead change activities across the
People Services / HR stream
, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, business readiness is achieved, and adoption is sustained through go-live and beyond. Reporting into a People-stream Business Readiness lead, you'll partner closely with program teams, business leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure people/process/technology change is implemented smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end change management delivery aligned to recognised methodologies (e.g.,
Prosci ADKAR, Kotter
).
Develop and execute
stakeholder engagement
and
communications
plans.
Run/coordinate
change impact assessments
and business readiness activities.
Identify and manage
change resistance
, risks, and adoption issues.
Track adoption metrics (engagement, training completion, utilisation)



and refine approach as needed.
Support embedding "current ways of working" post go-live for sustainable adoption.
Required experience & skills:
Proven experience inin
change management / transformation roles (ERP-focused).
Proven delivery experience on
large-scale ERP change programs
(ideally
SAP S/4HANA
).
Strong exposure to
HCM / People Services
change (HR, workforce-related business change).
Experience with
Payroll
and/or
SAP Fieldglass
implementations.
Strong written and verbal communication (including exec-level reporting/presentations).
Confident operating in complex stakeholder environments
Government experience preferred
