Job Description
Cyara is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a strategic technical advisor for Cyara's global top 20 accounts from Australia. The TAM will drive adoption, define technical roadmaps, and own escalation management to ensure measurable value and long-term platform maturity.

You will partner with Customer Success, Account Executives, and the broader Field Team to align Cyara capabilities with customer goals across voice, digital, messaging, and AI channels.
