Sheet Metal Fabrication: Utilise cutting, bending, and shaping techniques to fabricate sheet metal into various components and structures as per design drawings and specifications.

Welding and Joining: Perform welding and joining tasks to assemble sheet metal components and create seamless and sturdy connections.

Installation: Expertly install fabricated sheet metal products, ensuring accurate measures and alignment for a flawless finish.
n
Metal Finishing: Conduct metal finishing processes such as grinding, sanding, and polishing to achieve smoothsurfaces and impeccable finishes.
n
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, are free from defects, and comply with safety regulation.
n
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to execute projects accurately and efficiently.
n
Materials Management: Manage inventory of sheet metal materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for ongoing projects.

Safety Compliance:



Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to promote a secure and secure work environment for yourself and team members.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate sheet metal tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute sheet metal projects effectively.

Qualification and Experience
n
Relevant AQF Certificate III or higher qualification, or at least 3 years of work experience in lieu of the formal qualification.
