The Brief: Senior Business Analyst to support the insurance op-model transformation program.

Your role:

Collaborating with executive stakeholders and process owners to refine business requirements
n
Design and document customer journeys
n
Lead workshops between the business and vendors
n
Lead end-to-end Business Analysis - gap analysis/AS-IS and TO-BE/process mapping
n
Build traceability from requirements through to testing
n

About you
n

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst across the SDLC
n
Background in financial services, ideally superannuation, insurance, wealth, or banking
n
Experience in uplifing processes
n
Skilled in engaging executives and stakeholders as well as vendors
n
Robust analytical mindset with the ability to create clarity
