The Coffee Club About the Role As a Cook at The Coffee Club, you will play an essential role in preparing and delivering our signature dishes, from all-day breakfasts to modern café classics. You will ensure each meal is prepared with quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of café-style meals from
The Coffee Club menu
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver timely service
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials




Maintain proper temperatures on ovens, grills and fryers for safe, consistent cooking
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff where required
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1yr previous experience as a cook
Qualification: A Certificate IV in Kitchen Management/Commercial cookery
Knowledge of food preparation, dietary requirements and allergen handling
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
