We're looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join the business and work closely with customers to deliver and implement cutting-edge network security solutions.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne
n
Salary: Up to A$200,000

The Role
n
You'll be working directly with customers to ensure successful deployment, integration and optimisation of the company's security platform.
n
You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from understanding customer requirements through to implementation,



troubleshooting and ongoing technical support.

What we're looking for
n
n
Skilled Services / Solutions Engineering experience within network or cyber security
n
Strong understanding of networking and security technologies
n
Experience implementing and integrating enterprise security solutions
n
Comfortable working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and project management abilities
