Our Client is an award winning Project Home Builder and Developer in the Residential Construction space specialising in affordable house and land packages with a high quality finish. This Builder prides themselves on their quality product, industry relationships and exceptional customer service provided to their clients throughout the pre-construction and build process.
We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Office Administrator to join their boutique team based out of Bella Vista.
Duties
Full function accounts payable processing
Matching and coding invoices
Assist with end of month reporting
Bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, petty cash, and credit card reconciliation
Filing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain stakeholder relationships
Assisting the office team with ad-hoc administration duties from time to time
Skills & Experience




Ideally 2 years prior experience in an Accounts role within the construction, trade or supply industry
Highly organised with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
Excellent presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Base salary between $70K - $80K plus superannuation (salary will be pro-rata for PTE)
Work for a multi-award winning local NSW Business
Flexible working hours for either full time or part-time equivalent
