Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo is seeking an experienced Casual Chef to support Taronga's Café Wild, Café Waterhole and function areas with high-quality food service. Reporting to the Executive & Head Chef, you will cook to Taronga menus, manage food prep and hygiene, and contribute to cost planning and kitchen operations in a team-oriented hospitality team.
