We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join an established multidisciplinary allied health practice in Melbourne's north-west.

You will work with a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation presentations while developing strong clinical relationships with your patients.

The Role
n
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Conducting thorough physiotherapy assessments and clinical examinations.
n
Developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
n
Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
n
Using manual therapy and joint mobilisation techniques where clinically appropriate.
n
Prescribing individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs.
n
Providing functional movement and mobility training.
n
Educating patients on injury management, prevention and self-management.
n
Supporting patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
n
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as required.
n




Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
n
Communicating effectively with patients, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
n
Working collaboratively with other practitioners within a multidisciplinary environment.
n

Your Caseload
n
You will have exposure to a varied caseload, including:

Back and neck pain
n
Sports injuries
n
Joint pain and arthritis
n
Hip conditions
n
Sciatica and nerve-related pain
n
Headaches and migraines
n
Muscle strains and tension
n
Chronic pain
n
Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions
n
Women's health presentations
n
Postural concerns
n
Balance and mobility difficulties
n
Foot and ankle conditions
n
Shoulder and elbow conditions
n
Post-operative rehabilitation
n

The practice takes a holistic approach to care, with treatment focused not only on symptom management but also on restoring movement, improving function and supporting long-term wellbeing.

About You
n
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is:
n
n
AHPRA registered and eligible to practise in Australia.
n
Passionate about patient-centred care.
n




Confident in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
n
Interested in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
n
Able to build strong relationships with patients.
n
A clear and confident communicator.
n
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing career development.
