About The Role n
As a member of a fast-growing, results-driven organisation, the successful candidate will play a key role in analysing organisational methods, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
n
This position is responsible for evaluating current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that support strategic and operational objectives. The role requires a combination of analytical, technical, and advisory capabilities to enhance organisational performance.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Studying and evaluating current organisational structures, methods, systems, and procedures
n
Analysing workflows, resource utilisation, and operational inefficiencies
n
Conducting organisational studies including time-and-motion studies and work measurement
n
Developing and implementing improved administrative, operational, and procedural systems
n
Recommending optimal organisational structures, staffing levels, and role responsibilities
n
Preparing detailed reports, process documentation, and recommendations for management
n
Advising management on business process improvements, cost efficiencies, and productivity enhancements
n
Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
n




Collecting and analysing data to support operational and strategic decision-making
n
Supporting change management initiatives and implementation of new systems
n
Liaising with stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure effective solutions
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, organisational, and quality standards
n
Main Criteria n
n
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, Commerce, or related field
n
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as an Organisation Methods Analyst or similar role
n
Demonstrated experience in analysing organisational methods, systems, and procedures
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
n
Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
n
Experience in preparing reports, policies, and procedural documentation
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
High-level organisational skills, initiative, and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and process analysis tools
n
Additional Criteria n
n
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma desirable)
n
Experience in organisational design and workforce planning
n
Familiarity with project management and change management practices
n
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
n
Experience working in a consulting, corporate, or operational setting
n
