As a Fruit & Veg Assistant, you will be responsible for the effective handling, presentation, and rotation of fresh produce. This role requires a robust commitment to maintaining quality standards, excellent customer service, and working as part of a team to ensure the department operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and handle fresh produce deliveries.

Stock, display, and rotate fruit and vegetables to ensure freshness and quality.
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented department at all times.
n
Monitor stock levels, quality, and product presentation.
n
Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.
n
Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve department goals.
n
Perform other duties as required by management.
