About the Role:
As an
Inside Sales Representative
based in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for maximising business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing businesswithin a Sales team environment.
You will be responsible for:
Build and developstrong relationships with key accounts
Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
Focus on deliveringsales targets through cross-selling & up-selling IT-related products.
Outbound calls to key accounts to foster growth of accounts
Analyse potential new business,



market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
Monthly reporting
Skills and Experience:
The role requires the successful candidate to have:
Sales account management or customer serviceexperience.
Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing and cloud products and services.
Experience in selling products such as HP, Lenovo, IBM and Microsoft; within a retail/distributionenvironment would be ideal.
Proven capability to achieve set sales targets.
