The Opportunity
We're looking for an experiencedCompliance Managerto join our Australia team and take ownership of compliance across ourpayments, merchant acquiring and lending businesses.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams to maintain our compliance framework, manage regulatory obligations and ensure the business continues to meetASIC and AUSTRAC requirementsas we scale.
What You'll Do
Own and maintain KPay Australia'sCompliance Management Framework and AFSL obligations
Manage compliance requirements acrossASIC, AUSTRAC and AML/CTF
Conduct compliance monitoring, testing and risk assessments
Manage compliance breaches, incidents and remediation
OverseeKYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions and financial crime controls




Support regulatory reporting and engagement with ASIC and AUSTRAC
Provide practical compliance advice to business and senior stakeholders
Review new products, processes and business activities from a compliance perspective
Maintain compliance policies, procedures and registers
Work closely with Risk, Operations, Product, Sales, Finance and Legal teams
What We're Looking For
5+ years of compliance experiencein financial services, fintech, payments, banking or lending
Hands-on experience with both AFSL and AUSTRAC requirements
Strong knowledge ofASIC, AML/CTF and financial crime compliance
Experience in compliance monitoring, risk assessments and breach management
Strong understanding of KYC/CDD/EDD and sanctions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Payments, merchant acquiring or lending experience is highly preferred
