About the Role:
n
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life - creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.

Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
n
Lead by example - setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation
n
Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence
n
Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes
n
Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture
n

What You'll Bring:

You're a hands‐on leader with a passion for retail and a genuine love of people. With strong communication and great attention to detail, you know how to get the best from your team - and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
n
A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team‐building skills
n
Great communication and a calm, solutions‐focused approach
n
Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Organised and efficient, with robust admin and IT skillsFull availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia
