A growing national property advisory and management business is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio.
n
This privately owned firm provides strategic property advice, portfolio management and transactional support to a select client base, combining industry expertise with structured systems and strong operational support.
n
Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of leasing and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.
n
The Role
n
This role will see you managing the leasing process from enquiry through to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants and property owners.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Conducting property inspections (onsite and virtual)
n
Managing tenant enquiries across phone, email and online platforms
n
Coordinating and processing rental applications with support from virtual assistants
n
Launching and maintaining property listings and advertising
n




Completing entry and exit condition reports
n
Assisting with occasional routine inspections and property access when required
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people.
n
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights to be considered for this position.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in leasing, property management, sales support, or strong customer service with an interest in real estate
n
A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
A reliable car and current driver's licence
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
Must be able to work Saturday's (not every Saturday)
n
