About The Role n

As an Enrolled Nurse at Hamilton Hill, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care, support, and supervision for residents living with neurological conditions. You'll monitor medication administration and care plans, collaborate with onsite Care Support Workers, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and person-centred environment.

nKey Responsibilities n

Deliver nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, choice, and independence
n
n
Conduct nursing assessments and provide clinical advice and support
n
n
Monitor and maintain resident care plans and clinical documentation
n
n
Work alongside Care Support Workers to support clients with their daily care needs
n
n
Monitor medication administration and resident health outcomes
n
n
Assist with specialised care requirements, including nutritional and medical supports
n
n
Complete resident observations and report changes in condition
n
n
Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
n
n
Complete routine and adhoc catheter changes, catheter flushes and management
n
n
Attend to acute and complex wound care




n

Complete routine and adhoc enteral tube changes and balloon checks
n
n
n
nMust-Haves n
n
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
n
Current CPR Certificate
n
n
Robust clinical assessment and communication skills
n
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
n
n
NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)
n
