A unique opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Residential Project Manager to take the lead on a portfolio of high-end residential projects in Townsville.

This role is suited to a Project Manager who has a strong background in premium residential property builds, takes genuine pride in quality and craftsmanship, and has the experience and confidence to manage projects from commencement through to completion.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on programme and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades and project stakeholders.

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion
n
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
n
Managing project schedules, budgets, procurement and variations
n
Monitoring construction progress, quality and workmanship
n




Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating project requirements
n
Managing client expectations and maintaining strong professional relationships
n
Identifying and resolving issues proactively
n
Ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget
n
Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, building standards and safety requirements
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and driven Project Manager with a proven background in residential property construction, ideally within the high-end or bespoke market.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Proven experience managing residential building projects
n
Experience with high-end residential builds highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, trades and project sequencing
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
n
Robust communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
n
Relevant construction qualifications
n
A current and appropriate QBCC licence
n
Strong knowledge of Queensland building requirements and standards
n
