Housing Plus is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to join the housing team in Mudgee. The role focuses on case management with tenants, developing support plans, coordinating referrals and maintaining records to sustain tenancies.

We require at least 2 years in community services, robust case management knowledge, and the ability to work with vulnerable groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. A current driver's license is essential.
