Job Description
IRT Macarthur (Campbelltown) is seeking an on-site Aged Care Pharmacist (ACOP) to support two days per week across our RACF. The role focuses on medication management, collaboration with GPs and nurses, and improving resident outcomes through secure pharmacotherapy.

The successful candidate will be a registered pharmacist with AHPRA, be credentialed in ACOP, and complete APC-accredited training or recognition before 30 June ****.
