About the Role:

As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for duties including:
n

Assisting technicians and mechanics with installation, servicing and repairs of transport refrigeration systems.
n
Use hand and power tools to support mechanical and electrical work.
n
Prepare tools, equipment and materials for jobs and assist with workshop and site tasks.
n
Support equipment assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting under technician supervision.
n
Quick learner with the ability to pick up current skills and procedures quickly.
n
Reliable and hardworking, with a strong commitment to completing tasks safely and efficiently.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area while following workplace safety procedures.
n
n
Not essential but a bonus
n
n
Background in transport refrigeration and a mechanically sound mind.
n
