Wyndham City Council is seeking an experienced catering operations supervisor to oversee multi-venue kitchen operations across the Wyndham Municipality. This eight‐month fixed-term role focuses on delivering high‐quality food, menu development, production planning and effective service across venues.
You will lead chefs and catering staff, ensure food safety and licensing compliance, manage rostering and workflows, and work with stakeholders to improve sustainability and customer experience.
