The Role
n
As the dedicated onsite technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing Arjo's patient handling,



mobility and healthcare equipment throughout the hospital.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs
n
Responding to equipment breakdowns and service requests
n
Maintaining accurate service records and compliance documentation
n
Managing onsite spare parts inventory
n
Supporting equipment installations and commissioning
n
Building strong relationships with clinical and hospital teams
n
Ensuring equipment meets all safety and regulatory requirements
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a technically capable and customer-focused professional who enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering quality service.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Experience in technical maintenance, service, mechanical, electrical or biomedical equipment environments
n
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
n
Confidence using mobile devices and service management systems
n
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, hospitals or other regulated industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
