About the role
n
This is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity for a Junior Field Service Technicianto join our team in Townsville.
n
You will be trained to install and provide support for products across the Trimble machine control systems.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Shadow and assist senior Technicians in the entire installation process including quality assurance of products, third party welding, calibration, and commissioning
n
Installation and repair of Trimble machine control systems on customer machinery
n
Provide first-line and advanced product support for Trimble systems (e.g., Siteworks, Earthworks, productivity tools) remotely and on-site
n
Document support cases and site work in the CRM
n
n
About you
n
A formal trade qualification is not required. All you need is practical exposure to a hands‐on support role (i.e. Trade Assistant)



that assists qualified tradespeople with day‐to‐day tasks on worksites.
n
Additionally, you are able to drive long distances, working in remote
workplace,consistent
with the location of most customer sites.
n
You will bring a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills alongside an interest in learning Trimble products and machine control systems.
