About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our new Soft Signage Department at our Keilor Park facility.
n
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
n
As part of a brand-new production team, you'll play a key role in finishing high-quality printed banners, flags, displays and other fabric signage products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, take pride in producing quality work,



and enjoy working efficiently in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate industrial sewing machines to finish printed soft signage products
n
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble fabric components
n
Maintain high levels of quality control while performing repetitive tasks
n
Work autonomously while following production schedules and instructions
n
Ensure a clean, safe, and organised workspace
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven experience as an industrial sewing machinist
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues
n
Experience with commercial or technical fabrics (preferred)
n
Background in fashion or textiles (advantageous but not essential)
n
Willingness to learn and undertake additional training as required
n
