Duties include;
n
n
Allocating correct resources to jobs in line with chain of responsibility and company policies and procedures.
n
Effectively and accurately generating manifests (data entry) using freight management systems
n
Distribute customer documentation to drivers to complete allocated tasks in line with dispatch requirements.
n
Continual focus on the end-to-end customer (internal and external) experience.
n




Prepare and distribute chain of responsibility documentation to drivers prior to commencement of task.
n
Communicating and providing information to other departments.
n
Complying with internal policies and procedures.
n
Supporting the Operations Team to meet data entry deadlines for transportation.
n
Liaising with third party suppliers.
n
n
To be successful in the role you will possess the following attributes:

Proven experience in a similar role (desirable)

Ability to multitask as well as work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in fast paced team environment.
n
Customer driven and will want to always provide a skilled service.

Be proficient with Microsoft office and possess an ability to adapt to in-house systems.

Ability to working to strict deadlines.
n
Exceptional attention to detail.
n
Be reliable and punctual.
n

In addition, the following skills and/or qualifications would be advantageous;

Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
