View Melbourne is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent on St Kilda Road to join our hotel team. The reservations office handles individual bookings, group enquiries and events, working with the Reservations Supervisor to ensure bookings are set up correctly before arrival.
Ideal candidates have hotel front office or customer service background, robust communication, and keen attention to detail. Training will be provided to cover group and events aspects and PMS usage.
